Welcome to Two Spirit Esthetics!! Established in 2015 by Marlise Zuckschwerdt, at the time a solo Esthetician and Massage Therapist, her intent was to provide an unparalleled experience for each and every guest that stepped into her treatment suite. Now, as the Two Spirit Esthetics family grows, our mission has become one with the shared aim of bringing the best of ourselves to our treatments. We strive to put love and careful consideration into all that we do for our guests. We hope you enjoy all we have to offer, and that your experience is so phenomenal that you can’t help but tell others about it! * * *GENERAL INFO * * * ***Groupon guests please scroll down to the Groupon section. ***We currently operate from a single treatment suite inside Couture Salon Suites, and are only able to treat one guest at a time. Our guests who visit together, typically schedule their treatments back-to-back. ***All guests must schedule online. The site always has our up-to-date availability. Please use our waitlist feature if you would like to be automatically notified of any openings that come up. ***Your credit card is not charged at the time an appointment is booked, UNLESS a deposit or upgrade charge is listed. ***Appointments for brand new guests must be approved, so be sure to complete any required "Form" directly after requesting your appointment, as this will speed up acceptance. If you receive notice that your appointment request has expired, it is because you did not complete your form within 48 hours of requesting an appointment. Please request a new appointment. ***Be advised that for spa services, the time starts when the service provider re-enters the suite to begin treatment and the time ends once they exit the suite at the end of treatment. Please note that total service time will have to be reduced if a guest arrives late. **At 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time you will be considered a No-Show** * * *GROUPON * * * We love Groupon and have used it for the past 10 years as a way to extend a discount to new guests and introduce them to our business and the different types of services that we offer! Businesses receive half of what was paid to Groupon for a voucher once it is redeemed. To accept multiple Groupons would mean that, essentially, the guest is continuing to pay Groupon for services that Two Spirit Esthetics is providing. While this may not be a big deal for large companies, it isn't a sound practice for a small business such as ours. For this reason, we limit the use of Groupon to one voucher per new guest for each type of service. We hope that you can understand and respect why. The good news is we do offer an extensive membership program that offers discounts comparable to what you find on Groupon for our spa services. For more details on our membership program please visit www.twospiritesthetics.com ***GROUPON REDEMPTION*** ---Each category of Groupon (lash, waxing, facial and massage) can only be used one time per customer. Any scheduling of a second Groupon in the same category will result in automatic cancellation of that appointment. ---All Groupon customers must request their appointment online by scheduling the appropriate Groupon service. ---Completion of the required "Form" is required within 48 hours of the appointment request or the request will not be finalized. ---Please book the appointment in the name of the person receiving the service, with own correct contact phone and email. ---We accept only one Groupon on a visit, so if you have a massage Groupon and a facial Groupon they will need to be scheduled for different dates. ---A credit card at booking is required so that we are able to enforce our no-show & late cancellation policy for guests that have to submit payment at their appointments. For Groupon scheduling there is no charge to your card for the Groupon services that are listed as $0. We apologize for the inconvenience but, at this time, the platform doesn't allow us to require this for some appointments and not for others. ---If you are not comfortable using your credit or debit card to reserve your appointment, please contact Groupon directly for a credit or refund of your purchase.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
A Note About Cancellations & No-Shows:
We know life happens, and we always appreciate open communication. Because our services are reserved just for you, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
If you need to make a change within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact us directly, as online changes aren’t available during that time.
If you arrive late, your service will need to be shortened so we can stay on schedule for other guests.
You are considered a No-Show if you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time.
What Happens If Plans Change?
Here’s how things work depending on how your appointment was booked:
Regular Appointments:
• Late cancellations or No-Shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service price
• A small 3.5% scheduling platform fee is added
• Additional Services unable to be performed due to late arrival will be charged a fee accordingly
Membership Appointments:
• Late cancellations or No-Shows result in the loss of the credits scheduled for that visit
• Credits are forfeited for any services unable to be completed due to late arrival
Gift Card/Certificate Appointments:
• Late cancellations or No-Shows will result in the gift card or certificate being marked as used
Courtesy & Care
We truly value our guests and understand that unexpected things happen.
For late cancellations only, we may offer one courtesy exception per calendar year, if requested at the time of cancellation.
Please note that No-Shows are not eligible for exceptions.
We believe in fairness. If we ever need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, we’ll make it right by offering:
• 50% off your rescheduled appointment, or
• An additional 30 minutes added to prepaid services such as memberships or gift cards
(This does not apply to flexibility in appointment start time requests.)
