Welcome to Two Spirit Esthetics!! Established in 2015 by Marlise Zuckschwerdt, at the time a solo Esthetician and Massage Therapist, her intent was to provide an unparalleled experience for each and every guest that stepped into her treatment suite. Now, as the Two Spirit Esthetics family grows, our mission has become one with the shared aim of bringing the best of ourselves to our treatments. We strive to put love and careful consideration into all that we do for our guests. The site always has our up-to-date availability. Please use our waitlist feature if you would like to be notified of any openings that come up. ***Your credit card is never charged at the time an appointment is booked, unless a deposit or upgrade charge is listed. ***Appointments for new guests must be approved, so be sure to complete any required "Form" directly after requesting your appointment, as this will speed up acceptance. ***Be advised that for spa services, the time starts when the service provider re-enters the suite to begin treatment and the time ends once they exit the suite at the end of treatment. Please note that total service time will have to be reduced if a guest arrives late. **At 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time you will be considered a NO-SHOW** * * *GROUPON * * * We love Groupon and have used it for the past 10 years as a way to extend a discount to new guests and introduce them to our business and the different types of services that we offer! Businesses receive half of what was paid to Groupon for a voucher once it is redeemed. To accept multiple Groupons would mean that, essentially, the guest is continuing to pay Groupon for services that Two Spirit Esthetics is providing. While this may not be a big deal for large companies, it isn't a sound practice for a small business such as ours. For this reason, we limit the use of Groupon to one voucher per new guest for each type of service. We hope that you can understand and respect why. The good news is we do offer an extensive membership program that offers discounts comparable to what you find on Groupon for our spa services. For more details on our membership program please visit www.twospiritesthetics.com ***GROUPON REDEMPTION*** ---Each category of Groupon (lash, waxing, facial and massage) can only be used one time per customer. Any scheduling of a second Groupon in the same category will result in automatic cancellation of that appointment. ---All Groupon customers must request their appointment online by scheduling the appropriate Groupon service. ---Completion of the required "Form" is required within 48 hours of the appointment request or the request will not be finalized. ---Please book the appointment in the name of the person receiving the service, with their correct contact phone and email. ---We accept only one Groupon on a visit, so if you have a massage Groupon and a facial Groupon they will need to be scheduled for different dates. ---A credit card at booking is required so that we are able to enforce our no-show & late cancellation policy for guests that have to submit payment at their appointments. For Groupon scheduling there is no charge to your card for the Groupon services that are listed as $0. Cancellation Policy
*If you need to cancel/reschedule inside the 24 hour period, you will need to contact us directly, you will be unable to cancel/reschedule online*
REGULAR APPOINTMENTS:
There will be an automatic 50% cancellation fee for a No-Show or an appointment cancellation that occurs less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time. This charge will be 50% of the regular full price of the scheduled service plus a 3.5% convenience fee added by the scheduling platform. Late Arrivals that do not allow enough time for some or all of your booked services to be completed, will be charged the cancellation fee for those services. At 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a No-Show if you have not arrived.
To collect the fee, Two Spirit Esthetics will charge your card on file. If Two Spirit Esthetics is unable to charge your card, they will email you an invoice. It must be paid before you will be able to schedule any future appointments.
MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM APPOINTMENTS:
Any No-Shows or cancellations with less than 24 hour notice from your scheduled appointment time will result in the loss of any credits scheduled to be used for that appointment. Late Arrivals that do not allow enough time for some or all of your booked services to be completed will result in the loss of any credits for the services that are unable to be completed. At 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a No-Show if you have not arrived.
GIFT CARD/GIFT CERTIFICATE APPOINTMENTS:
Any No-Shows or cancellations with less than 24 hour notice from your scheduled appointment time will result in the gift card or gift certificate being noted as used. It will not be valid for use at any future appointment. At 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a No-Show if you have not arrived.
GROUPON APPOINTMENTS:
Any No-Shows or cancellations with less than 24 hour notice from your appointment time will result in forfeiture of your Groupon voucher and a fee to reschedule and still receive your service. Reschedule fees are found on the Groupon Policy Waiver that you completed for each specific category of service. At 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a No-Show if you have not arrived.
