Welcome to Two Spirit Esthetics! Established in 2015 by Marlise Zuckschwerdt, then a solo Esthetician and Massage Therapist, Two Spirit Esthetics was created with the goal of providing an unparalleled experience for every guest who steps into our treatment suite. As the Two Spirit Esthetics family has grown, our mission has remained the same: to bring the best of ourselves to every treatment and put love and careful consideration into everything we do for our guests. GENERAL INFO ***We operate from a single treatment suite inside Couture Salon Suites and are able to treat one guest at a time. Guests visiting together typically schedule their treatments back-to-back. ***All appointments must be requested online. Our booking site always reflects our most up-to-date availability. Please use the calendar's waitlist feature if you would like to be automatically notified when an opening becomes available. ***Your credit card is not charged when requesting an appointment unless a deposit or upgrade charge is specifically listed. A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve appointments and may be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policies. ***Appointments for new guests must be approved. Please complete the required online Form immediately after requesting your appointment. The form must be completed within 48 hours of your request. If you receive notice that your appointment request has expired, please submit a new appointment request. ***For spa services, treatment time begins when your service provider re-enters the suite to begin your treatment and ends when they exit the suite at the conclusion of your treatment. Total service time will be reduced if a guest arrives late. At 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, the guest will be considered a No-Show. Cancellation Policy
A Note About Cancellations & No-Shows:
We know life happens, and we always appreciate open communication. Because our services are reserved just for you, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
If you need to make a change within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact us directly, as online changes aren’t available during that time.
If you arrive late, your service will need to be shortened so we can stay on schedule for other guests.
You are considered a No-Show if you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time.
What Happens If Plans Change?
Here’s how things work depending on how your appointment was booked:
Regular Appointments:
• Late cancellations or No-Shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service price
• A small 3.5% scheduling platform fee is added
• Additional Services unable to be performed due to late arrival will be charged a fee accordingly
Membership Appointments:
• Late cancellations or No-Shows result in the loss of the credits scheduled for that visit
• Credits are forfeited for any services unable to be completed due to late arrival
Gift Card/Certificate Appointments:
• Late cancellations or No-Shows will result in the gift card or certificate being marked as used
Voucher Services:
No shows or cancellations with less than 24 hour notice from my appointment time will result in forfeiture of my voucher and a fee to reschedule and still use my voucher. At 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a No-Show if you have not arrived.
Courtesy & Care
We truly value our guests and understand that unexpected things happen.
For late cancellations only, we may offer one courtesy exception per calendar year, if requested at the time of cancellation.
Please note that No-Shows are not eligible for exceptions.
We believe in fairness. If we ever need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, we’ll make it right by offering:
• 50% off your rescheduled appointment, or
• An additional 30 minutes added to prepaid services such as memberships or gift cards
(This does not apply to flexibility in appointment start time requests.)
